High purity eukaryotic and prokaryotic DNA topoisomerases and NEW for 2005, Tdp1, Mutated Human Topo I, and Recombinant Human Baculovirus Topo I.

Tdp-1 is a new and exciting topo related drug target.  This enzyme, recently discovered first in yeast and then in humans, is responsible for removing topo from the covalent damage complexes that form after treating cells with topoisomerase poisons. At the present time, there have been no specific drugs that target Tdp1; however, this is a very hot and actively investigated area.

TopoGEN now offers the following Tdp1 products:

Cat #2004: Purified Tdp1
Cat #1004: Tdp1 Assay Kit.
