We offer small to large quantities of this plasmid for those who simply want to assay a topoisomerase activity and are not concerned about sequence specificity.  We package the plasmid appropriately for use with small scale assays and large scale screening operations.  We also prepare this DNA specifically for use by people in the field who are concerned about DNA topology and nicked DNA contamination.  This substrate is especially nice for use with DNA gyrase assays.  Thus, we offer the same volume amounts of relaxed as well as supercoiled plasmid DNA. Note that TopoGEN’s pBR322 has been modified extensively to facilitate high yield growth of the plasmid.
