Topo I Assay Buffer (TGS) is supplied as a 10x Stock solution. The buffer is optimized and tested for relaxation and cleavages by topo I. 

Vial Contents:

1ml of 100 mM Tris-HCl, (pH 7.9), 10 mM EDTA, 1.5 M NaCl, 1% BSA, 1 mM spermidine, 50% glycerol.

This buffer must be diluted 10 fold for use.
 

Shipping and Storage Instructions:
The product may be shipped at ambient temperature or on dry ice. Store at 4° C and avoid freezing and thawing as this may inactivate the buffer. At 4° C, this buffer has a useable shelf life of 6 months.
