5X Universal Stop Buffer is used to terminate topoisomerase reactions.  To terminate reactions, add 1/5 volume to the reaction prior to loading agarose gel.

Vial Contents:

1ml of 5x stop buffer ( 5% Sarkosyl, 0.125% bromophenol blue, 25% glycerol).
