Topo I Dilution Buffer is supplied as a working solution at 1X solution. The buffer is optimized and tested for use as a diluent for recombinant human topoisomerase I enzyme from TopoGEN.
Vial Contents:
1ml of 20mM NaH2PO4 (pH 7.4), 300mM NaCl. Do not dilute this buffer prior to use.
