Topo II Dilution Buffer is supplied as a working solution at 1X solution. The buffer is optimized and tested for use as a diluent for TopoGEN’s type II topoisomerase.
Vial Contents:
1ml of 10 mM Tris-HCl, (pH 7.5), 500 mM NaCl, 1mM PMSF, 2 mM Dithiothreitol and 50 ug/ml nuclease free BSA. Do not dilute this buffer prior to use.
Shipping and Storage Instructions:
The product may be shipped at ambient temperature or on dry ice with enzyme. Store at -20° C.
