TopoGEN was featured in the local press in order to showcase our collaboration with Nanoly Bioscience based out of Boulder. Nanoly has developed a polymer-based cage (the NanoShield) that can protect labile products from fluctuations in temperature and possibly obviate need for expensive dry ice transit around the world. TopoGEN is going to field test the NanoShield with our Human Topo I and garner end-user feedback via our extensive distribution network in Europe and Asia. This venture is being supported by funding from the SBIR program at NIH. Special thanks goes to the Chaffee County Times, the Mountain Mail, and Discover Colorado for their interest and support.
