Hela Cell Reporters to detect DNA Methylation (DM) Effectors: Hypomethylating and Hypermethylating Effectors

This kit is designed to allow the customer to screen for agents (drugs, natural products, other pathway genes) that alter endogenous DNA methylation action on genomic DNA in a cellular context.  The kit uses GFP as a precise but indirect measure of DNA methylation changes in actively growing, live HeLa cells.  The kit is also designed to identify agents that inhibit or stimulate endogenous DNA methylation of a reporter gene and includes a control cell line (HeLa) and two reporter lines (low methylation and high methylation).

Human: HeLa HR Reporter Cell Line with Tet-on I-Sce1

This is a HeLa cell-based reporter kit designed to allow the customer to screen or identify agents (drugs, natural products, small molecules, synthetics, miRNAs, pathway, signaling or response genes) that affect or impact the process of HR. The kit uses GFP as an in vivo readout for the HR pathway.  HR is initiated at will using Tet-on activation of a single site endonuclease.  After Doxycycline induction, HR is induced in a synchronous wave in all cells that are capable of supporting the HR pathway (typically S-phase cells).  The system will specifically mark cells (GFP+) that have experienced S-phase and HR has successfully been completed.

This is a HeLa cell-based reporter kit to analyze NHEJ in live cells.  Specifically this kit will identify agents (drugs, natural products, small molecules, synthetics, miRNAs, and other genes) that affect or impact NHEJ repair. The kit uses GFP as an in situ readout for NHEJ activity in a cell context.  The NHEJ process is activated with high penetrance and synchrony using Doxycycline to induce an endonuclease that specifically cuts the GFP reporter, thereby activating NHEJ. A specific reporter based assay for NHEJ can be very beneficial for anti-cancer drug discovery projects, learning more about the process of NHEJ repair and establishing intersecting pathways, druggable pathway targets, aging and disease modeling in cells.

This is a cell-based reporter kit designed to study homologous recombination or HR repair in a mouse neuronal cell line (CN1.4). The cell line expresses numerous neuronal markers, including neurofilaments, glutamic acid decarboxylase 67, neuron-specific enolase, and the BG21 isoform of the myelin basic protein gene.  These cells host a reporter gene (GFP) as an in vivo readout for the HR pathway.  The cells can be terminally differentiated in vitro.
